Gibbs goes on a virtual tour with his new book

‘My Racial Group’s Purpose On Earth’ will be featured in selected blog sites

“Each racial group that God created has a special purpose to fulfill both on earth and in the new world to come,” this is the central message of Dr. Franklin T. Gibbs’ new book. His work is designed as a guide to those who want to discover this purpose and more importantly find a way to fulfill it. My Racial Group’s Purpose On Earth (published by iUniverse) is all set to join the Virtual Blog Tour from start date (December 14, 2013 to December 31, 2013).

This book enlightens the world about why God created different racial groups with unique features and physical characteristics. The reasons are awe-inspiring and after reading about them, readers will be privy to the magnificence of God’s plan and his incredible workmanship.

This book also enlightens the world about why God created mixed children of color (from interracial marriages) to fulfill a special purpose both on earth and in heaven.

Ultimately, this book will encourage people to not only discover and fulfill their individual purpose on earth, but become proactive members of their racial group as a whole.

“We spend a lot of time in determining our individual purposes . . . but, this book goes beyond our individual purpose (calling) and delves deeply into our racial group’s purpose (calling). That is, this book shows you the nuts and bolts of your racial group’s purpose here on earth and in heaven,” Dr. Gibbs says.

Insightful and eye-opening, My Racial Group’s Purpose On Earth presents a unique approach to pervading racial issues in today’s world.

  TODAY’S SPIRITUAL MESSAGE

RACIAL ISSUES IMPACT GOD’S DIVINE PURPOSE FOR YOUR RACIAL GROUP

Hello my friends:

Every racial group on the planet has a divine purpose to fulfill.  In spite of the racial issues we encounter in life, we must fulfill our racial group’s purpose.  Moreover, we must know our racial group’s purpose so that we can serve God completely.  In spite of our racial issues, God wants all racial groups  to (1) fulfill its purpose and (2) join Him in heaven.  But, you cannot join Him in heaven if you’re unsaved.

The unsaved who don’t get around to accepting Christ in their lives or fulfilling their purpose will leave here naked (i.e., without Christ’s blood covering).  So, you never want to leave here naked.  You want to fulfill your individual and racial group’s purpose, in spite of racial issues, so that you can leave here fully clothe with Christ’s blood covering and righteousness.

Jesus can solve racial issues

Jesus can solve racial issues

Thank God for covering our nakedness (our sins). For when they came to Jesus’ tomb, He was not there.  He had risen from the grave showing us that everyone who believes in Him and fulfills his/her purpose on earth will join Him in heaven.

The purpose of this website is to provide my visitors with spiritual food for thought and inspirational words of devotion in their daily lives.  I pray that you will visit this website often and partake of its spiritual messages.

Click on the tabs to the upper left to preview my book that’s being published entitled: “My Racial Group’s Purpose On Earth” and to read its preface.

Now as I was saying, it doesn’t matter if we’re having racial issues in our lives, we need to fulfill our individual and racial group’s purpose so that we won’t leave here naked.  We can’t take our cars, homes, wardrobes, jewelry and other possessions with us. (Eccl 5:15).   For as Job said, “Naked I came out of my mother’s womb and naked shall I return there (i.e., we’re all leaving this world naked, the same way we came in).” (Job 1:21).  That said, we must still be properly clothed with Christ’s blood covering when we die.  We cannot use our racial issues as an excuse for not being covered.  Let’s go back to the Garden of Eden for a moment.

The Forbidden Fruit

The Forbidden Fruit

When Adam and Eve sinned, they discovered their nakedness (i.e., they discovered their sin and nudity).  So, they covered themselves with leaves. (Gen 3:6-7).  But, God clothed them properly.  It is written, “Unto  Adam and Eve did the Lord make coats of animal skins and clothed them.” (Gen 3:21).  Likewise, He gave their descendants (even though He knew that they would encounter racial issues) their individual and racial group’s purpose to fulfill on earth (explained thoroughly in my book that’s being published).

So, to clothe Adam and Eve properly, two innocent animals had to shed their blood and die (1 for Adam and 1 for Eve).  There is no remission of sins without the shedding of blood. (Heb 9:22).  Christ was not yet born to make a one time sacrifice to save us forevermore. (Heb 9:26-28).  So, animals were used temporarily.  Thus, in order to be clothed properly before you die so that you don’t leave here naked, you must be clothed with the blood of Christ.  (1 Pet 1:18-19, Rom 4:3).

God said, “. . . whosoever will, let him/her take the water of life freely.” (Rev 22:17).  Always remember this one thing.  You were born.  You exist.  Therefore, it’s your birthright to be clothed properly (i.e., God’s eternal life blessing is yours for the taking).  So, don’t allow racial issues to block your path to eternal life.  Just remember to accept Christ and fulfill your individual and racial group’s purpose before you die.

We’ve been looking at fulfilling your individual and racial group’s purpose and leaving here naked from a spiritual view.  Now, relative to your natural life, what possessions will you take with you when you die?  If you’re unsaved, Job said it well.  He said, “You’ll leave here naked.”  Whatever riches and possessions you accumulate will go to your heirs, while you go to lie down in poverty in Hades.  So, your best move, in spite of any racial issues, is to get saved, fulfill your individual and racial group’s purpose and join Christ in heaven.

That said, God uses barren wastelands of the earth to describe what hell and Hades are like.  These places are a world unto themselves.  They have brimstone, salt, burning and smoke that rises up forever.  Nothing can be sown there (i.e., sinners will suffer starvation for all eternity – imagine that).  These regions of darkness and torment are  depicted in the Bible.  (Rev 14:11, Deut 29:21-23, Isaiah 34:8-10, Matt 25:30).   If this is not horrific enough, sinners’ bodies will be raised with the same sicknesses and diseases they died with.  Why is this so?

God doesn’t promise new bodies to those who’re not clothed properly at death (i.e., those who neither have Christ’s blood covering nor fulfill their individual and racial group’s purpose). (Eph 5:5).  They’ll suffer darkness, starvation, sickness, poverty and more for all eternity.

God is good, but you have to give Him your racial issues and accept His goodness before it’s too late.  If you die without accepting Christ, and fulfilling your individual and racial group’s purpose, you won’t get a second chance in Hades because your fate will be sealed – i.e., you’ll leave here naked and lie down in abject poverty in hell.  S0, today is the day of salvation. (2 Cor 6:2).  If you reject salvation, you’ll suffer torment in abject poverty forevermore.

This is not the case for saints.  They came here naked, but they won’t leave here naked.  They’ll leave here fully clothed with Christ’s blood and righteousness.  Not only that, but they’ll leave here with the treasures they stored up in heaven while they were here. (Rom 4:3, 1 Pet 1:18-19, Matt 6:20).  They pressed on in spite of any racial issues.  So, believers won’t hardly leave here the way they came.  Go ahead and praise Him.

Heavenly Treasures

Heavenly Treasures

Yes, as Job revealed (Job 1:21), believers will leave here naked in the sense that they’ll leave their earthly possessions to their heirs (Prov 13:22), but they won’t leave here naked in the sense that they’ll leave here loaded with heavenly treasures.  Besides, as far as their earthly riches are concerned, what use will they have for their cars, homes and jewelry.  They not only have palatial mansions waiting for them (John 14:1-3), but they have all the gold, diamonds and wealth they could ever hope for, dream of or imagine waiting for them in Paradise.

City of God with no racial issues

City of God with no racial issues

They’ll walk on streets paved with gold.  The gates of their new city will be made of pearls and the foundation of its walls will be garnished with all manner of precious stones. (Rev 21:19-21).  There’ll be no racial issues there.  They’ll have no use for cars in Paradise.  They’ll just think of a planet in the galaxy and in the blink of an eye they’ll be there because their bodies will be like Christ’s body. (Phil 3:21).

They’ll fellowship with their loved ones who were clothed properly when they died.  They’ll fellowship with Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. (Matt 8:11).

With their new bodies, they’ll enjoy the finest in dining at their banquets that’ll be overflowing with rich vegetables, delicious fruits and the sweet juices of the vines and trees of life.  Now, that’s what I call living the good life.

It doesn’t get any better than that.  So, believers will not leave here naked for they’ll leave here fully loaded with the joys of Paradise.  For the Lord is good and His mercy endures forever. (Ps 118:1).

So, whatever you do, make sure that you accept Christ before you die.  Fulfill your individual and racial group’s purpose in spite of any racial issues that you encounter.  Serve the Lord faithfully and you’ll join Christ in His eternal Paradise of peace, joy and all the heavenly treasures you could ever hope for, dream of or imagine.

The Red Horse of Peace

Today’s Spiritual Message

The Red Horse of God’s True Peace

Japan is facing cultural conflicts between ethnic minorities and resident Japanese – all over racial issues.  In Sweden an anti-Nazi group was peacefully protesting.  They were attacked by counter-demonstrators and 3 people were injured, including a police officer – all over racial issues.  But the red horse of peace will bring a screeching halt to all racial issues.

chestnut horseIn Chicago (northwest side), a man called a mail carrier a racial slur and ordered his dog to attack him.  He was charged with a felony hate crime and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon – all over racial issues.

In Italy, violence broke out when migrant workers (mostly Africans) retaliated because 2 of their people were shot and 3 beaten by white youths.  As you can see, racial issues are worldwide.  But the red horse of peace will put an end to all racial issues once and for all.

There are two red horses in the spiritual realm that symbolize peace.  One of the red horses symbolizes God’s true peace.  The other red horse symbolizes Satan’s false peace.  We have to really know the difference.

It’s not only amazing, but it’s absolutely fascinating to see how God illustrates the reality of His peace blessing through His creation of red horses, such as the chestnut, liver chestnut, sorrel and bay horses.  When you look upon the beautiful red horses in God’s creation, you’re looking upon God’s symbol of peace that Christ will usher in when He returns to rule the earth for 1,000 years (i.e., during the millennium).

We can have peace on earth in spite of racial issues

Peace: no racial issues

Under Christ, the Prince of Peace (Isa 9:6), there’ll be peace on earth.  All racial issues will come to a screeching halt for Christ will rule the earth with a rod of iron: Rev 2:27 (i.e., He won’t allow racial issues to disrupt the world’s peace).  For peace on earth will flow like a river.

We have to be careful of the peace we purse while we’re waiting for Christ to return.  That is, we must avoid Satan’s red horse of the apocalypse.  It symbolizes nothing but a false peace.  How is this so?

Satan is against God.  We must not confuse God’s true red horse with Satan’s fake red horse.  Satan and God are as opposite as night and day.  God is love. (2 Cor 13:11).  Satan is hate. (Lk 21:17, John 15:18).  God is truth. (John 14:6).  Satan is a liar. (John 8:44).  God is holy. (1 Pet 1:18-19).  Satan is evil (John 8:44, Eze 28:15) and the list goes on.

Satan wants to be like God. (Isa 14:14).  He comes as an angel of light to deceive us. (2 Cor 11:14).  He imitates God, but in a perverted way.  He can’t help being a counterfeit, for that’s who he is – corrupt to the core. (Eze 28:17).  If Christ has a red horse that symbolizes true peace, then Satan will imitate Christ.  But, Satan is the opposite of Christ.  Thus, Satan’s red horse symbolizes false peace. (Rev 6:4).

bloody_katanaIt is written, “There went out a red horse and power was given to its rider to take peace from the earth, and that they should kill one another: and there was given unto him a great sword (a  sword of bloodshed).” (Rev 6:4).  Notice that the red horse’s rider went forth to wreak havoc on earth and take away peace (portrayed by his sword).  He went forth with power to stir up wars, racial issues, cause murder, bloodshed and destruction.  Thus, the rider of the red horse of the apocalypse portrays none other than Satan. (John 10:10).

Satan’s false peace deceives you into thinking that you can find peace through illicit drugs, sex, alcohol, lusts and ungodly deeds.  But, you can have enough drugs to last you a lifetime.  You can have enough alcohol to fill a distillery.  You can have enough illicit sex to fulfill your wildest fantasies. But, the abundance of these things will never bring you Christ’s true peace.

But, there is God’s red horse that symbolizes true peace.  God is the God of peace and we’re made in His image. (Gen 1:28).  So, we’re creatures of peace.  That’s who we are; we can’t help it.  There is no substitute in the world that can fulfill our basic craving for peace except Christ’s peace.  So, the only way we can have true peace in our lives is to accept Christ as our Savior and we’ll receive His true peace blessing.  That being said, let’s study Christ’s true red horse of peace.

It is written, “I (Zechariah) saw by night a man riding on a red horse.  Its rider stood among the myrtle trees in the bottom; and behind him stood red horses, speckled horses, and white horses.” (Zech 1:8).

Zechariah wanted to know the meaning of these horses.  The man standing among the myrtle trees told him that the red, speckled and white horses are they whom the Lord sent to walk through the earth. (Zech 1:9-10). These verses clearly reveal that God sent forth the true red horses, which personify God’s angels.

east or westWith respect to God and Satan, we must understand that there is a law of opposites and reciprocals that operates in the world.  This law refers to the antithesis of things and situations in life.  Opposites and reciprocals do indeed exist in our world.  For example, there is east and there is west.  There is up and there is down. There is hot and there is cold.  There is wet and there is dry, etc.  These are facts of life.  You can’t get around them.

Relative to God’s red horses in particular, based on the law of opposites and reciprocals, Satan (the rider of the red horse of the apocalypse) and Christ (the rider of red horse who stood among the myrtle trees) are opposite one another.  If Satan’s red horse of the apocalypse portrays a counterfeit peace (as we’ve shown), then God’s red horse portrays true peace – the opposite of Satan’s red horse.

So the word of God reveals that there is a true peace for us as symbolized by His true red horse.  As I said before, it’s absolutely fascinating to see how God illustrates the reality of His peace blessing through His creation of red horses.  When you look upon the beautiful red horses in God’s creation, you’re looking upon God’s symbol of peace that Christ will usher in when He returns to rule the earth for 1,000 years.  While we’re waiting for Christ to return, we’re commanded to follow peace with all men. (Heb 12:14).

Thank God for creating such beautiful red horses in the earth.  For, through them we know that we must avoid Satan’s red horse of false peace.  And through God’s red horse, we can be assured that there is a true peace for us.  Give Him Praise!

Dr. Franklin T. Gibbs

In Spite Of It (Whatever It Is) Don’t Ever Give Up!

Spiritual Message For Today

No Matter What Happens, Don’t Ever Give Up

Hello my friends:

Worried and depressed man isolated on blackEven though you’re a believer, storms of life (even racial issues) may come your way (e.g., you can’t pay your bills).  You or your spouse may be on a bed of sickness or even near death.  You’ve lost a loved one.  Your spouse is cheating or has left you.  You may be depressed and all alone.  You may be suffering abuse or mistreatment because of racial issues.  Your dreams and aspirations may have been shattered and there’s no hope.  What ever the problems, God can solve them.  He’ll never leave you or forsake you.  So, no matter what, don’t ever give up on making it through the storm.

You and the church of Smyrna

Businessman shelteringGod is sending you a powerful message through the church of Smyrna.  You really need to take heed.  God uses Smyrna as your example to follow in troublesome times  – i.e., in the midst of trouble, tribulations, racial issues, oppression and other storms in your life, you’re to be like Smyrna’s church.  That is, in the midst of the storms in their lives, Smyrna’s saints kept their faith in Christ and pressed on against all odds.  As such, God wants you to be like Smyrna – i.e., no matter what tribulations you face, you must never give up.  Where do you stand on the issue of faith?

Christ’s message to Smyrna (one of the 7 churches of Asia) was a message of commendation for her strong faith in the midst of tribulations, racial issues and persecution.  His message also refers to His resurrection power that pertains to you.  That is, even though you’re a believer, sometimes you may go through some rough storms in your life.  But, God’s power will see you through them.  For the word of God says, “Many are the afflictions of the righteous; but the Lord delivereth them out of them all.” (Ps 34:19).

As for Smyrna’s saints, in spite of their troubles, racial issues and oppression, they kept their faith in Christ and pressed on against all odds.  No matter what tribulations they faced, they never gave up on making it through the storm.  This is God’s message for you.  So, through Smyrna, God teaches you to never give up – i.e., He encourages you to persevere in the midst of your storms.  The messages to the 7 churches were written for the angels of the churches (i.e., pastors).  They’re to teach us these truths.  Let’s confirm that in His message to Smyrna, Christ refers to His resurrection power that’s at your disposal.

“To the angel of the church in Smyrna write: These things saith the first and the last, which was dead and is alive.  I know thy works and tribulation and poverty (but thou art rich) and I know the blasphemy of them which say they are Jews and are not, but are of the synagogue (church) of Satan. (Rev 2:8-9).

Jesus can solve racial issuesChrist tomb is empty.  Hence, His resurrection power gives you the power you need to overcome your troubles, racial issues, Satan and his demons.  But, how do these verses refer to Christ’s resurrection power?

The phrase “was dead” means that Christ was buried and not seen for 3 days.  The phrase “and is alive” means that He is the first one to rise from the dead. (1 Cor 15:20).  This verse also reveals that He is the first and the last.  First means that He’s Alpha, the f1rst one to rise.  Last means that He’s Omega, the last one to die under the old covenant.  So, Christ is Alpha and Omega. (Rev 1:11).  Thus, this confirms that in this verse, Christ is referring to His resurrection power that’s always available to you.

By the power of His resurrection, Satan is defeated. (Col 2:15, Eph 2:16, Phil 3:10, Rev 1:18).  By that same power, you can defeat Satan, your problems, racial issues and your failures in life.  You can also resolve any racial issues you have by fulfilling your individual and racial group’s purpose through His resurrection power.  Notice that Christ said, “All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth.” (Matt 28:18).

He sent you forth as a conqueror in His power (Rom 8:37) to conquer your problems, racial issues and to carry out His great commission by fulfilling your purpose: and He’ll never leave you. (Matt 28:18-2o).  So, with all of His power at your disposal, you must never give up no matter what storms you encounter.

That’s why Christ commended Smyrna.  For He said, “I know thy works and tribulation and poverty (but thou art rich) . . .” (Rev 2:9).  In other words, in the midst of tribulation (down but not out), by faith, Smyrna didn’t allow her tribulations to dissuade her from pressing on with good works.

Through Smyrna, God is teaching you to press on with good works in spite your tribulations.  Even Smyrna’s property was seized because of her faith in Christ which relegated her to financial hardships.  Have you been down this road in some way (i.e., have you lost property through hardships)?  If so, this message should benefit you should this situation come near you in the future.

No doubt, Satan uses this type of strategy to crush you and your will.  But, Christ is telling you (through Smyrna: see Rev 2:9) that you’re rich – i.e., rich in His mercy, grace and heavenly provisions.  For God can make a way out of no way. (Isa 43:15-16, 1 Cor 10:13).  So, Christ commended Smyrna for her never give up no matter what mindset.  Likewise, you’re to have a never give up no matter what mindset.  Like unto Smyrna, God will bless and commend you.

In other words, if you give it all you’ve got and they say it’s still not enough, don’t give up.  If, in your darkest hour, you can’t even see a speck of light at the end of the tunnel, don’t give up.  And, when the storms and tornadoes of life toss you up side down and there’s no safe place in sight, don’t ever give up on making it through the storm.  For as noted, God will make a way out of no way. (Isa 43:15-16, 1 Cor 10:13).

Throw in the towelSo, don’t ever give up on God and your dreams because life is too precious to throw in the towel.  You’re here for a purpose and God is counting on you to fulfill it.  I know that you can’t always figure out what God is doing when you’re going through different things. (Eccl 3:11).  But this one thing I know.  “All things work together for good to them that love God, to them that are called according to His purpose. (Rom 8:28).

Even if you were molested in life, don’t give up.  If you were brutally raped, don’t give up.  If you had a baby out of wedlock and the baby’s father has deserted you, don’t ever give up on making it through the storm.  There is a balm (healing power) in Gilead (Jesus Christ) who will heal you and lift your life up to the mountain top.  And, you can give Him all the praise!

Even if you lose a leg, arm, kidney, breast or some other body part or function, God will help you to make it through your storm.  If you happen to go blind, lose your hearing, suffer a stroke, become an invalid or be severely scarred in a fire, God will come and in spite of these issues, He’ll make a way for you to have a  rewarding and beautiful life in service to Him.  He’ll stand by you always.

That being said, in your darkest hour even if your situation progresses to the point of losing your life, you still win.  How on earth is this so?  You win because to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord in the lap of luxury and in the midst of unspeakable joy (2 Cor 5:8) where there’ll be no more pain, no more sorrow, no more troubles and no more racial issues. (Rev 21:4).  That is, you would have reached the ultimate in happiness.  So, no weapon (satanic strategy) formed against you can really prosper. (Isa 54:17).  You simply move from here to the land of utopia.  Hallelujah, no matter what, you can’t lose.

Gold Royal Crown with Jewels Christ is telling you (as He told Smyrna) that you’re not to fear anything that you’ll suffer, for the devil will try to sift you like wheat. (Lk 22:31).  But, you’re to be faithful unto death (i.e. until the day you die, you must never give up when you encounter problems, tribulations or racial issues) and you’ll receive a crown of life (i.e., eternal life). (Rev 2:10).  This is your truth.  Stand by it all the days of your life.

So, through God’s power you can indeed press on.  If life knocks you down, get right back up.  Never give up on making it through the storm.  Remember, God is a word God.  By the word of His mouth all things were created. (Ps 33:6, Heb 11:3).  He spoke and it was done. (Ps 33:9).  Made in His image, there’s power in your words.  So, refrain from speaking words of defeat.  No matter what you’re going through, speak godly affirmations.  Such as, I can do all things through Christ who strengthens  me. (Phil 4:13).  God shall supply all of my needs. (Phil 4:19).  Greater is He that is in me than he that is in the world. (1 John 4:4).

Here’s one of my favorite affirmations.  “Behold, God is my salvation; I will trust and not be afraid: for the Lord JEHOVAH is my strength and my song . . . with joy I will draw water out of the wells of His salvation (water refers to His words and His power). (Isa 12:2-3).

The bottom line is that in spite of your troubles, problems, racial issues and other storms of life, you’re to keep the faith.  Don’t ever give up.  God created your spirit (inner man) to be the invisible force operating from deep within you that empowers and inspires you to do His will and overcome the storms in your life. (Eph 3:16).  Remember, like unto Christ, you have not yet resisted unto blood, striving against sin. (Heb 12:4).  This is the type of mindset and power that you should strive for when it comes to never giving up.  In doing this, remember, you’ll never walk alone for He (Christ) is always with you. (Matt 28:20).

You may feel that you can’t cope in the midst of sorrow.

But, hold on to your hope and press on for tomorrow.

Keep your dreams alive: don’t ever let them die.

God the way maker is always standing by.

Finding Your Purpose In Spite Of Racial Issues

TODAY’S SPIRITUAL MESSAGE

Finding Your Purpose In Spite Of Racial Issues

Why Are We Here ConceptWhy Are We Here?  In spite of our sins and racial issues, all of us have a special purpose to fulfill here on earth (and in heaven for that matter).  So, we should not allow our sins and racial issues to prevent us from pleasing God – i.e., we must fulfill what God purposed for us to do.

Whatever purpose God gave you to fulfill on earth will continue in heaven, for God’s callings are eternal. (Rom 8:29).  We also need to know that God created our particular racial group to fulfill a special purpose on earth and in heaven.  So, this is why we’re here (to fulfill our individual and racial group’s purpose).

Since God created you, He knows your racial group’s purpose and has revealed it in the Bible.  He wants you to fulfill your purpose and not be bogged down with sins and racial issues.  My book entitled “My Racial Group’s Purpose On Earth”, discusses (in detail) what God says about His purpose for each racial group on earth (you can preview my book by clicking on the tabs on the left side).  So, we should be fulfilling God’s purpose and avoiding sins and racial issues.

Now that your racial group’s purpose is available to you in my book, today’s message will focus on your individual purpose.  Once you know your individual purpose, you are to operate it within the framework of your racial group’s purpose to serve God completely.

Speaking of your individual purpose, God calls you first unto salvation so that you can be a disciple of Christ. (2 Thess 2:13-14, 1 Cor 1:9).  This is your spiritual vocation (Eph 4:1-3) – i.e., you are to follow in Christ’s footsteps so that you can avoid sins and racial issues. (1 Pet 2:21).

Beautiful Praying GirlIn seeking your individual purpose, you must find a quiet nesting place to pray, meditate and ask God to reveal your purpose.  You must find a good word church.   Ask the Lord to forgive you of your sins  and racial issues.  For you want to come to the Lord’s throne room boldly with clean hands. (Heb 4:16).

There are many spiritual gifts that God gives unto us such as the gift of healing, helps, faith, teaching, discernment, knowledge, miracles, giving, leadership, hospitality, mercy, service, wisdom, prophecy, governments, tongues, interpretation of tongues and exhortation. (1 Cor 12:7-11, Rom 12:7-8, 1 Pet 4:8-11).  God also made some apostles, some prophets, some evangelists, some pastors and some teachers. (Eph 4:11).  These gifts are to uplift and protect the church.

pianistaGod also gave natural talents and abilities to pianists, artists, singers, dancers, actors, athletes, brick masons, machinists, nurses, carpenters, housewives, craftsmen and so on.  Everybody has a primary gift and maybe some trailing gifts that compliment and support the primary gift.  Now, let’s do a little inner searching and try to get a handle on which direction God may be leading you relative to your purpose.

Search deep within for those gifts and talents that have always given you the most joy, even if you have to go back to your childhood.  Identify those positive traits that you could be using instead of occupying your time with sins and racial issues.  This will help you to hone in on your purpose for being here.

Are you compassionate when it comes to the needy, sick or the down trodden?  Do you spend your precious time and money trying to help them?  Your compassion shows that  you may have the gift of mercy.  Maybe you love to encourage or motivate people.  Maybe you’re a good listener or cheerleader when it comes to people who have emotional struggles, bouts of depression or other problems.  These godly traits show that you may have the gift of exhortation.

Once you discover your purpose and start fulfilling it, that’s one of the best ways to overcome your sins and racial issues.  Having said that, do you have a desire to (1) spread the gospel, (2) lead others to salvation, or (3) show people how to live upright?  Are you a powerful speaker, adept at communicating God’s word?  If this sounds like you, it’s a good indicator that you may have the gift of prophecy, evangelism or preaching.

preacherOn that same note are you an extrovert or very outspoken?  These traits may have gotten you into trouble before.  But consider these traits under control in God’s hands.  Wow!  These traits could also be the seeds a powerful preacher, evangelist or apostle.

Are you keen at setting goals and making decisions?  Do you stand out when it comes to taking on responsibilities?  Are you adept at showing others how to complete tasks?  These traits show that you may have the gift of leadership.  Are you good at researching and explaining God’s word.  Do you have well organized thoughts whereby you can help others to understand God’s word?  These skills show that you may have the gift of teaching.

We really need to know our God given gifts so that we can concentrate on fulfilling them and not spending our precious time on sinning and racial issues.  That said, do you like to help others?  Do you make sacrifices for others?  Do you help without being asked?  Do you take pleasure in supporting others and their causes?  These godly traits imply that  you may have the gift of helps or service.

Does God’s word come easy to you whereby you can understand and interpret difficult passages.  Do you see spiritual truths that others don’t?  If this is the case, you may have the gift of knowledge.  Maybe you’re very good at applying God’s word.  Maybe you’re especially skilled in giving godly advice and making godly decisions?  Do you seem to know what God expects in various situations in life?  These godly traits show that you may have the gift of wisdom.

All of God’s spiritual  gifts are to keep your mind staid on Him and not on sins and racial issues.  With that said, do you give material and monetary gifts to help others in need without expecting to be repaid?  This quality shows that you may have the gift of giving.  Do you have a keen ability to rightly divide God’s word – i.e., can you distinguish between God’s and Satan’s words?  If so, you may have the gift of discernment.

Do you believe that all things are possible with God? Do you trust and act on his words?  If so, you may have the gift of faith.

Red CarpetDo you have a warm heart wherein you love to roll out the red carpet for others?  Are you a person who loves to welcome, lodge, feed and comfort others?  If this sounds like you, then you may have the gift of hospitality.

Young doctor holds the elderly woman handsDo you have compassion for working with children, problem youths, unwed mothers or the elderly?  Do you have compassion for the sick, hungry, homeless, imprisoned or the down trodden?  If this is the case, you may have the gift of service, helps or mercy.

You may get a conformation in you spirit about God’s purpose for your life.  Confirmations could also come from the pulpit, Bible study or a close friend.  You may even get a word of knowledge from the pulpit or another church member.

You can also take a Spiritual Gifts Test to find your purpose so that you can avoid sins and racial issues.  A close friend may see qualities in you that you don’t see.  This may also help you to determine your spiritual gifts and purpose on earth.

Trying to discuss every possible situation that may point to your spiritual gift and purpose is beyond the scope of this message.  My goal is to get you pointed in the right direction.  Your church should also have classes that teach you how to discover your spiritual gifts and purpose.  Upon discovering your spiritual gifts, they’re to be used for the benefit of your church as well as the benefit of those in your home, community, work area and all other facets of your life.

You’re the only one who was created to fulfill your unique purpose and anointed in your mother’s womb to perform it, the same as Jeremiah. (Jer 1:5).  You were not created for sins and racial issues.  So, you were born with your spiritual gift created in you.  Your spiritual gift is not taught: it comes naturally.  God’s Spirit teaches you all you need to know about your purpose. (1 Jn 2:27).

Man In PrayerAs you continue to pray and seek God in your quiet nesting place, God will reveal unto you your purpose.  For your purpose is in the center of God’s will.  As God answers your prayer, you’re to avoid sins and racial issues as God’s Spirit develops and perfects your purpose (calling) on earth.

In essence, your gifts reflect the Lord in the church and in the secular world.  Man can see the goodness of God through your spiritual gifts.  That’s why you must live a holy lifestyle so that man can see Christ through you. (Eph 4:1-3).  You’re to let your light shine so that Christ may be lifted up where He can draw all men unto Him. (John 12:32).  You must use your spiritual gifts to carry out Christ’s great commission of teaching Christ’s gospel to all nations. (Matt 28:18-20, John 17:14-18, 20:21).  Blessed be the Lord God Almighty.

Today’s Spiritual Message

Seek Forgiveness of Your Racial Issues Before You Die

 Hello my friends:

It is not right to abuse, mistreat and discriminate against others over racial issues.  This type of sin is not on God’s menu for your behavior.  Recall that when Adam sinned in the beginning, he was cursed for breaking God’s law.  That’s why we have problems with world-wide suffering, racial issues, famines and rampant hostilities.   But,  no one has to worry about making it through these circumstances because God is always standing by.

Adam sinned by eating the forbidden fruit. (Gen 3:17).  God said unto him, “. . . cursed is the ground for thy sake . . . In the sweat of thy face shalt thou eat bread, till thou return unto the ground, for out of it wast thou taken: for dust thou art and unto dust shalt thou return.” (Gen 3:17-19).  So, because of Adam’s sin, we’re all under the curse of the law. (Rom 5:12, 19).  As noted, we have to suffer from our pains, sicknesses, storms in our lives and the fiery darts of Satan.  But, there’s no need to worry because God is standing by.

Christ died for our racial issues

Christ died for our racial issues

Moreover, God will redeem us from the curse of the law and forgive us of our sins (including the sins we commit over racial issues) if we accept Christ before we die. (Rev 1:5, Gal 3:13).  For He bled and died on the cross to pay for all of our sins (including our sins over racial issues).  Sinners who don’t accept Christ before they die will be extremely sorry.

The Last Ride

The Last Ride

Such sinners take their sins and racial issues to their graves.  And they’ll take their last rides in a hearse.  Over their coffins the Pastor will say, “Ashes to Ashes and Dust to Dust” – i.e., their bodies will return to the dust from which they came.  This is a sad, for God was always standing by.

At the appointed time, the dust of the saved will be resurrected with new bodies (this is the first resurrection).  They’ll never again have to worry or cry, for they took advantage of the fact that God was standing by.  That is, whatever troubles, heartaches or storms they had to face in life, they neither had to worry nor cry, for God was always standing by.

But, the dust of the unsaved will be resurrected with the same sickly, dilapidated, disease ridden bodies they died with – i.e., God never promised them new bodies (this is the second resurrection). (John 5:28-29).    This divine truth is confirmed by God’s word. (Eph 5:5, 1 Cor 6:9-10).

God will judge your sins and racial issues

God will judge your sins and racial issues

So, let me repeat.  Seek forgiveness of your racial issues before you die.  That is, if you don’t accept Christ before you die, God’s angels will earmark your dust for God’s great white throne judgment.

At the appointed time your dust will be resurrected from its grave and your spirit will reenter your body.  You’ll stand before God’s great white throne, be judged for your sins (including the sins you committed over racial issues) and found guilty of breaking God’s laws.  You’ll then be cast into hell for eternity. (Rev 20:11-15).  You will have missed your chance for salvation , for all along God was standing by.

Having said that, the good news is that no matter what trials, tribulations and troubles we have to face in this life, we have a Savior who is always standing by.

But, some sinners may say, “What if God can’t find my dust?”  I would miss Judgment Day.  Or they might say, “What if they cremate my body and toss my ashes to the four winds?”  Then I know God would not be able to find my dust.  I would get away scot-free from being judged for my sins and racial issues.  These are good questions.

truth search find justiceBut, the truth is that there is no way that the unsaved are going to escape being judged for their sins and racial issues.  God showed us once and for all that when we die, He knows exactly where our dust is located.  Let’s take a look.

When you die, God’s angels earmark your dust for the first or the second resurrection.  And, God knows exactly where your dust is located.  God confirmed this truth when He personally buried Moses.  When Moses died, he was in God’s hands (i.e., saved).  God buried his body in the land of Moab.  And no one knows unto this day where God buried his body. (Deut 34:5-6).

Thus, only God can identify Moses’ dust.  By these truths, God reveals to sinners that if they die in His hands (as Moses did), not only will their sins and racial issues be forgiven, but He’ll know exactly where their dust is and earmark it for the first resurrection unto a heavenly body.

So while we’re on earth, we need to put our lives in God’s hands.  When we have troubles or when we have heartaches, there’s no need to cry, for God is always standing by.

With respect to the matter of being cremated and your ashes being tossed to the four winds, God can still identify your dust.  How is this so?

A person’s body can decay in the sea, be decomposed by earth’s scavengers or cremated and tossed to the four winds, but God will know exactly where that person’s dust is located.  For God is the creator of all matter. (Gen 1:1, Col 1:16).  Based on the first law of thermodynamics, once God creates matter (your dust in this case) it can never be destroyed.

Tnt dynamite vectorMelting ice cubeFor example, when a stick of dynamite explodes, every particle of matter that existed before the explosion exists after the explosion.  When  ice melts, it changes to water.  When water evaporates, it changes to vapor.  When vapor condensates, it turns to liquid (or water).   So, matter (or dust in our case) can never be destroyed.

It simply remains in the universe in one form or another.  Thus, by the law of thermodynamics, matter can neither be created nor destroyed (i.e., God is the only one who creates matter and it can never be destroyed).  So, no matter what happens to your dust, it remains in the universe for God to identify it.  That’s why we must all get our acts together while God is standing by.  If we do, we can forget about our troubles and pains.

For with God standing by, we have no need to worry.

The bottom line is that while you’re on earth, it’s crucial that you to seek forgiveness for your sins and racial issues before you die.  God is the God of love and peace (2 Cor 13:12) and He doesn’t want anyone to perish because of their sins and racial issues. (2 Pet 3:9).

So, please take heed before the pastor says, “Ashes to Ashes and Dust to Dust” over your coffin.  For the final destination of your precious dust depends upon it.  Just remember that when your cup of sorrows runneth over, you can be delivered from all of your sins, tribulations, worries and pains, for God is always standing by.

Living Waters-Part IV

Wednesday, November 13th, 2013

Consider the rivers and seas of the lands.  They were made by His own hands.

Even by His might the Red Sea did part.  Oh Lord, my Lord how great thou art.

Saints’ bodies will be made purely new.   Like Christ, they’ll walk on the waters too.

They’ll walk under the waters of seas.  For under water, they’ll be able to breathe.

Our breath of life is ever in His heart.  Oh Lord, my Lord how great thou art.

Saints will walk on water like Christ

Fishes in living waters

Fishes in living waters

The fishes in the sea speak of God’s living waters.  God gave man and woman dominion over the fishes of the sea. (Gen 1:28).  But man and woman cannot really take dominion over the fishes of the sea unless they have dominion over the waters they inhabit.  Hence, man and woman will have to supersede the laws of the waters to take dominion over the fishes.  For they cannot be subject to that which God (who cannot lie: Tit 1:2) gave them dominion over.

That said, what would you think if I told you that, on the new earth, saints will walk on water like Christ and think nothing of it?  Not only that, but they’ll walk on the sea floors without any diving gear.  As they walk on the sea floors, they’ll enjoy the scenery as they pet fishes and caress sharks.   Now, won’t that be lovely?

For in Paradise, saints will naturally supersede the physical laws of the waters over which they have dominion.  That is, by giving man and woman dominion over the fishes of the sea, they also have dominion over the waters that  fishes inhabit.   They may use sail boats, canoes and sea vessels for fun and sport, but they will not need them in Paradise for transport on or below God’s living waters.

First we’ll study saints’ power to walk on top of God’s living waters.  Then we’ll study saints’ power to walk under water – i.e., saints’ power to walk on the floors of seas without diving gear.

Peter walked on waterjesus walking on the waterJesus walked on water. (Matt 14:28-30).  When Peter saw Jesus walking on water, he wanted to walk on water too.  Jesus told him to come. (Matt 14:28-29).  Peter had faith and began to walk on water.  He took a few steps and began to sink.  For, he took his eyes off of Christ and considered the storm.

He began to sink and Jesus saved him. (Matt 14:29-31).  But, saints’ new bodies will not be like Peter’s earthly body.  Saints will walk on water without sinking.  In this example, Christ confirms that saints, by faith, are able to walk on water.  As noted, God gave man and woman dominion over His living waters.  Peter certainly walked a few steps on water.  By this, Christ reveals that it is God’s will that saints supersede the laws of the waters.

Recall the conversation between Jesus and Peter about walking on water.  Peter told Christ to bid him to walk on water also.  Jesus told Peter to come to Him. (Matt 14:28-29).  Jesus’ answer confirms that God’s will is for saints to walk on water.  For Christ told Peter to come to Him.

Now if God can give Peter power to supersede the physical laws of water in his natural body, He can certainly give saints power to supersede the physical laws of water in their heavenly bodies.  Jesus revealed to Peter that the thing that was holding him back from walking on water was his lack of faith in God’s power.  “And immediately Jesus stretched forth His hand and caught Peter, and said, O thou of little faith, wherefore didst thou doubt?” (Matt 14:31).

Peter certainly walked on water, but his faith wasn’t fully developed.  Saints will definitely have the faith and power to walk on God’s living waters when they receive their new bodies.  Now, saints’ bodies will be fashioned like unto Christ’s glorious body. (Phil 3:21).   Since saints’ bodies will be fashioned like Christ’s body, they’ll be able to walk on water the same as Christ did.

God's river of life flows with living waters

God’s living waters

That said, it would be seriously ill advised for saints to try to walk on water before they receive their heavenly bodies.  Why?

God is not finished perfecting saints’ faith – i.e., saints have not received salvation to its fullest extent as promised. (Isa 56:1).  So, saints should not try to walk on water and endanger their lives before God finishes perfecting their faith. (Heb 12:2).

Conclusively, saints must be patient and wait until they receive their new bodies so that they can have fun frolicking on the surfaces of beautiful lakes and ponds.  Once they receive their new bodies, they’ll enjoy eating lunch with their friends while sitting on the surface of the sea delighting in its calm, gentle breezes.  How about that for living the good life?  This is only a glimpse of the heavenly perfections awaiting saints in the land of utopia called Paradise.

Saints will walk under water

As noted, in Paradise, saints will not be subject to the physical laws of God’s living waters.  For, God gave man and woman dominion over the works of His hands. (Ps 8:4-6).  This, of course, includes God’s living waters. (Gen 1:26-28).  God gave us a natural realm example to confirm and to help us understand this great spiritual truth.  God used Jonah’s disobedience to show us that by His power, saints will indeed supersede the physical laws of water in their heavenly bodies.

Jonah was supposed to go to Nineveh and preach to the people of Nineveh.  Jonah disagreed with God’s plan for his life and boarded a ship going in the opposite direction toward Tarshish. (Jonah 1:1-3).

But, God will chastise disobedience.  If you work against God, it’s an unwise move.  In Jonah’s case, God caused a mighty tempest to rise up over the sea that started breaking up the ship. (Jonah 1:1-4).

Sinking Ship at nightThe sailors were exceedingly afraid for their lives.  They blamed Jonah for turning his back on his God and causing the great tempest to come upon them. (Jonah 1:10-12).  Failing to get the ship back to the shore safely, the sailors decided that in order to save themselves, they had no choice but to cast Jonah into the raging sea. (Jonah 1:12-15).

But, God had a plan to deliver Jonah from death.  In the same way that God had Noah prepare an ark to save 8 people (1 Pet 3:20), God prepared a great fish to save Jonah.  The fish swallowed Jonah into its belly for 3 days and 3 nights and delivered him from the laws of the living waters. (Jonah 1:17, 2:10).

Through Jonah’s troubles in the sea (Jonah 2:3-6), God shows us that in spite of the power of His living waters, God (who cannot lie: Heb 6:18) gave man and woman dominion over the laws of the waters.  Let’s take a closer look at Jonah’s plight.

In the throes of the physical laws of the waters, Jonah found himself drowning.  Even if Jonah were a great swimmer, without some kind of miracle or intervention outside of himself (such as a log or a miraculous rescue from a passing ship), the sea was about to become Jonah’s grave.

Jonah delivered from God's living waters

Saved from living waters

No log or ship rescued him.  His prayer of thanksgiving in the fish’s belly (Jonah 2:1-2, 7) shows that in the midst of the sea, he prayed that God would save him from the laws of water.

God answered Jonah’s prayer and saved him.  For the great fish delivered Jonah out of its belly onto dry land. (Jonah 2:10).

Even though he was drowning in the sea, his faith in God’s power delivered him from the physical laws of the waters.  By this, God reveals that Jonah (in his natural body) was able to supersede the physical laws of the waters.  Thrashing around in the violent waves, going down and bobbling up again and gasping for breath, Jonah’s natural body would not succumb to the physical laws of the waters. (Jonah 2:3-7).

In the midst of sinking to the bottom of the sea; suffocating with death staring him in the face, Jonah’s body could not be subdued by the physical laws of the waters.  No matter how hard it tried, the power of the raging sea could not take dominion over Jonah’s natural body.  For God, in His omnipotent power, would not allow it.  For, the great fish delivered Jonah out of its belly onto dry land. (Jonah 2:10).

Now, if by faith, God gave Jonah power to supersede the physical laws of the mighty waters in his natural body, then by faith, God can certainly give saints power to supersede the physical laws of the waters in their heavenly bodies.  For that which God gave man and woman dominion over (i.e., the waters) cannot take dominion over them.  So, either God gave man and woman dominion over the waters or He did not.  The truth is that God gave man and woman dominion over the works of His hands (Ps 8:4-6), which includes the waters.

Consider the fishes of the sea that dwell in water.  They get the oxygen they need for survival from the waters they inhabit.  So, they have no problem dwelling in water.

That said, think about us.  All of us have already dwelled in water before.  So, existing in water shouldn’t be anything new to us.  By God’s divine design, we dwelled very comfortably submersed in the living waters (i.e., the amniotic fluid) of our mothers’ wombs.  Our lungs for breathing weren’t even fully developed, buy yet we survived in water with no problem.

A fetus lives in water

A fetus lives in water

While fully submersed in amniotic fluid, a baby (fetus) receives all the oxygen and nutrients it needs for survival from its mother’s blood stream.  Oxygen and nutrients from its mother’s blood stream are transferred to the baby’s blood stream through the placenta and umbilical cord.

Throughout this transfer process, the mother’s blood never touches or mixes with the baby’s blood.  So, the baby moves and has its being while fully submersed in water.

So, we’ve all dwelled in water before and superseded its physical laws.  And if we receive Christ as our Savior, we’ll move and have our being under God’s waters again.  That is, our heavenly bodies will supersede the physical laws of God’s living waters.

So, is there anything too hard for God?  Of course not!  With God, all things are possible. (Lk 1:37, Matt 19:26, Mk 9:23).

Thus, on the new earth, saints will supersede the physical laws of the oceans, seas, rivers, etc.  They’ll walk, frolic and eat lunch on the surface of the waters.  They’ll walk under water on sea floors while observing the beautiful scenery.  As they walk under the waters of the oceans and seas, they’ll pet fishes and caress sharks.  In Paradise, saints will indeed enjoy living the good life!  Praise the Lord!

Living Waters Wash Away Racial Issues-Part III

Saturday, October 5th, 2013

TODAY’S SPIRITUAL MESSAGE

Living Waters Can Wash Away Racial Issues

Today, I want to chat with you about God’s living waters and racial issues.  Racial issues are constantly tearing at the fabric of our society.  But, God’s living waters can wash away our racial issues.  Having said that, God’s waters of life are truly vital to our survival.  In both the natural and spiritual realms we need God’s waters of life for survival.

God's living waters.

God’s living waters.

In the natural realm we need water to drink.  Animals need water to drink. The cells and organs in our bodies need water to survive.  God gave us the first and latter rains for survival – i.e., God gave us good rains for our harvests (wheat, corn, wine, oil, etc). (Deut 11:14).

Spiritually, living waters speak of God’s Holy Spirit.  We need God’s river of life to cleanse our spirits for eternal life. (John 3:5-8).  Wherever God’s river of life (i.e., God’s Spirit) flows, it heals.  Whatever God’s river of life touches it lives. (Eze 47:9).

God's river of life flows with living waters

God’s river of life flows with living waters

God’s living waters can wash away (heal) one’s racial issues.  But, you have to be sincere and allow God’s Spirit (living waters) to flow in your heart freely.  So, anyone with racial issues can partake of the water of life freely. (Rev 22:17).

God's living waters

God’s living waters

God’s living waters take care of His creation.  In the beginning, God’s variety of fishes swam gracefully in the gentle currents of God’s living waters for survival.

God even caused a mist to water the earth’s plants for their survival. (Gen 2:6).  The blood that flows through our bodies consists of 80% of God’s living waters

Christ shed blood and water

Christ shed blood and water

A Roman soldier thrust his spear into Christ’s side and forthwith came blood and water out of His wound and trickled to the ground. (John 19:34).  Christ’s blood that was shed by His onetime sacrifice consisted of 80% water. (Heb 9:22-28).

Christ's shed blood

Christ’s shed blood

His shed blood speaks of His blood that washes away our sins. (Rom 5:9, Heb 8:12, Ps 103:11-12, Isa 43:25, Micah 7:19).

The 80% water that flowed out of Christ’s side speaks of God’s spiritual waters that cleanse our spirits so that we can dwell with Christ in Paradise forevermore.

So, symbolically, believers’ spirits are renewed by the washing of God’s spiritual waters of regeneration. (John 3:3-8, Tit 3:4-6).  Moreover, people who mistreat others and discriminate against them because of racial issues can solve their ungodly behavior.  All they have to do is allow Christ’s blood and water of life to renew their hearts, spirits and minds so that they can follow in Christ’s footsteps. (1 Pet 2:21).

As noted, God’s living waters can wash away racial issues.  As such, no one has an excuse for mistreating or discriminating against others because of racial issues.  That said, God took care of our racial issues and any other sins we have when He raised Christ from the dead on the 3rd day. (Acts 2:23-24, 10:38-41, 1 Cor 15:20).

Upon His resurrection, Christ literally recovered a portion of His blood from the ground where it had spilled and delivered it to God in the real Holy of Holies in heaven for the eternal remission of our sins (including our racial issues). (Heb 9:6-14, 22-28).

Christ's blood will remove the earth's curse

Christ’s blood will remove the earth’s curse

Christ’s blood that was left on the ground was for the covering (removal) of the earth’s curse.  For God had cursed the ground (the earth) upon which we live. (Gen 3:17).

So, discrimination, racial issues and the earth’s curse have all been dealt with by the precious blood and water of Jesus Christ.  In this light, we can indeed overcome  our racial issues through the omnipotent power God’s Holy Spirit that heals.

So, there is nothing under the sun that can take the place of God’s living waters.  In other words , we cannot do without God’s refreshing river of life. Even on a hot summer day we need God’s water of life.  For there is nothing more soothing to your body than a cool, refreshing drink of water.

So, God’s river of life can heal all racial issues.  Praise God for the wonders of His living waters.

TODAY’S SPIRITUAL MESSAGE – LIVING WATERS PART II

Shortly my book entitled “My Racial Groups Purpose On Earth” will be available on this website.  Preview the book by clicking on the Preview Tabs on the left.

Hello my friends:

Gift of Eternal Life

Gift of Eternal Life

You can’t beat God’s love and His free gift of eternal life.  He loves you dearly and wants you to live and enjoy life forevermore in Paradise.  That said, one  of your racial group’s key purposes on earth is to share with sinners God’s river of life that flows forth with living waters.

God’s living waters refer to the spiritual waters that cleanse our spirits so that we can dwell in Paradise for eternity.  As God’s river of life flows forth with living waters, everything it touches lives. (Eze 47:9).  Thus, God’s living waters are vital to our survival.

You need a new spirit to enter heaven.

You need a new spirit to enter heaven.

Jesus said, “Except a man be born of water (spiritual water) and of the Spirit, he cannot enter heaven – i.e. God has to give us new (thoroughly cleansed) spirits before we can enter heaven. (John 3:5).  Our sins will be washed away (forgiven) by Christ’s blood. (Rev 1:5, 1 Pet 1:18-19).  Once we’re saved, Christ makes us fishermen of men. (Matt 4:19).

Eze 47:10 refers to the Dead Sea.  It refers to a sea of lost souls.  Even the Dead Sea can be healed by God’s living waters. (Eze 47:8).  Herein, God is showing us that He has the power to give life to anyone in the Dead Sea of lost souls.  But, this is not the case for the marshes.  God’s living waters do not bring life to the marshes near the Dead Sea. (Eze 47:11)

The pit of hell is the lowest level of the lake of fire.  The marshes near the Dead Sea are at the lowest sea level on earth.  So, the marshes represent Hades (the temporary abode of lost sinners) and hell (the permanent abode of lost sinners).  Sinners will suffer eternal death in these places, for they didn’t accept Jesus’ blood covering and God’s living waters before they died.

Jesus died for us.

Jesus bled and died for our sins.

But, God doesn’t want anyone to suffer eternal death.  For He loves us all and wants us to be cleansed by His living waters.  He’s long-suffering and wants all men to come to repentance. (2 Pet 3:9).  Nevertheless, some of us will pass away before we get around to accepting Christ who died for our sins.

When Christ died, a spear was thrust into His side. (John 19:34).  His blood and water trickled to the ground.  His blood shows that He’ll wash away our sins. (Rev 1:5).  His water shows that He’ll cleanse our spirits with His living waters. (John 3:5-8).  His blood trickling to the ground shows that because of His blood, the earth’s curse will be removed. (Gen 3:17-19).

Herein, we see that God’s undying love was demonstrated to us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. (Rom 5:8).  That’s why it’s so pivotal that we get saved and become fishers of men.  As we follow Christ (1 Pet 2:21), we’ll fish out many men from the Dead Sea of lost souls so that God’s living waters can cleanse their spirits.   This truth is portrayed by the fishermen who’ll stand on the shores of the Dead Sea from Engedi to Eneglain and catch many fish. (Eze 47:10).

Those who don’t respond to your gospel message will wind up in the marshes that’ll remain full of salt (Ezk 47:11).  That is, the marshes represent Hades and hell.  These places are filled with salt as portrayed by the Dead Sea and the marshes.

Dead Sea Salt

Dead Sea Salt

Salt from marshes near the Dead Sea.

Salt from marshes near the Dead Sea.

There is a real Hades and a real hell that are full of salt (i.e., full of the gifts and talents that God gave us to be the salt of the earth). (Matt 5:13).

That is, the salt of sinners (their gifts and talents) are gone to waste in Hades and in hell.

Or to put it another way, hell is full of sinners who’re supposed to be the salt of the earth.  So, when sinners die unsaved, they take their salt (gifts and talents) straight to Hades with them (heaven is no longer available).  All of the salt (gifts, talents and skills) that God gave them to use in His service were wasted on worthless deeds in Satan’s service.  What a waste.

Sinners who ignore or reject God’s living waters will lie down in sorrow in Hades and in hell.   That’s why if you’re a fisher of men, it’s pivotal that you be the salt of the earth and fulfill your purpose.   You have to try your best to get lost souls to accept God’s living waters of eternal life before they die.  For sinners are dying in the streets by the dozens.  As a fisher of men, God is counting on you to witness to sinners so that they can accept Christ blood covering and let God’s living waters flow over their souls.  Don’t let Him down.

TODAY’S SPIRITUAL MESSAGE – LIVING WATERS

Shortly my new book entitled “My Racial Groups Purpose On Earth” will be available on this website.  Preview the book by clicking on the Preview Tabs to the upper left.

Hello my friends:

God's Living Waters

God’s Living Waters

I pray (in Jesus’ name) that this post about God’s living waters will bless the hearts of those who love the Lord.  In other words, I hope that this post will bring inspiration to all believers.

When you’re done with the trials and tribulations of the day, a little bundle of inspiration goes a long way in uplifting the spirits of God’s people.   Holy is the Lamb that redeemed us with His blood, for His words of assurance in the Bible are intended to bring joy, peace and a little sunshine into believers’ lives.  You don’t always know what some believers may be going through from time to time.  So, a warm touch of inspiration about God’s living waters can be very soothing to them.

Let me ask you a question?  As a believer, do you ever wonder about heaven’s great splendor, majesty and peace you’re going to be basking in forevermore?  Worthy is the Lamb who made it possible.  Does it bring joy to your heart to know that in Paradise, all of the cares of this world will be lifted from your shoulders?

Just think about your gift of eternal life that you’ll enjoy in the land that flows with milk and honey.  Because of God’s living waters the Promised Land that God promised you is yours forevermore. (Exod 13:5, Jer 32:18-22).

Holy is the Lamb

Holy is the Lamb

Holy is the Lamb (Jesus) who died to make the Promised Land possible (i.e., the new earth that you’ll inherit: Matt 5:5).  It will have everything you could ever hope for, dream of or imagine.  God confirms this divine truth in the Bible.

As it is written, “He (God) that spared not His own Son (Jesus Christ), but delivered Him up for us all, how shall He not with Him also freely give us (i.e., His believers) all things?” (Rom 8:32).  That’s why Paradise (the new heaven and earth: Rev 21:1) will be filled with everything you could ever hope for, dream of or imagine all because of the Holy Lamb that redeemed us with His blood and God’s living waters.

Spiritually speaking, living waters speak of the living waters of life that washes and cleanses your spirit. Without being washed by God’s living waters you cannot enter heaven to enjoy the manifold blessings of Paradise.

Thanks to God’s living waters and the Holy Lamb, we can consider some of the heavenly perfections that Paradise has in store for us, as believers.

For one thing, in Paradise, we’ll enjoy the finest in dining.   Christ showed us that as believers, just as we nourish our bodies today, we’ll nourish our new bodies in the new world.  How about that for living the good life.  Recall that when Jesus (the Holy Lamb) rose from the dead, He appeared before His disciples in a new body.  He asked them for something to eat. (Luke 24:41).

They gave Him broiled fish and part of a honeycomb.  He took it and did eat. (Luke 24:42-43).  This confirms that, as believers, we’ll continue to dine in Paradise for our new bodies will be fashioned like Christ’s glorious body. (Phil 3:21).

Juices of the vine

Sweet juices of the vine

Finest in dining

So, we’ll bask in the elegance of Paradise as we partake of lavish feasts and banquets that will be overflowing with the delicious fruits of the trees of life, scrumptious vegetables and the sweet juices of heavenly vines and fruit trees.  Just thinking about heaven’s manifold blessings can be ever so comforting to believers.

Thanks to the Holy Lamb, there’ll be no more crying there, no more tears, no more  sorrows, no more pains and no more dying there. (Rev 21:1).  As believers, we’ll have absolutely nothing to worry about because our joy will be full.   God’s living waters will flow forth from God’s throne.  As we drink of God’s living waters, our internal organs will be kept eternally pure.  You can go ahead and shout hallelujah because now that you belong to God, you’ve got it made.

Heavenly Treasures

Heavenly Treasures

Have you ever thought about the abundant treasures of heaven wherein you can enjoy all the wealth and riches you could ever hope for, dream of or desire?  As a believer in Paradise, you’ll have – at your disposal – the greatest abundance of wealth known to man: gold, silver, rubies, diamonds, pearls, gems, and the list goes on.

Does the Bible show this to be true.  Yes indeed!  God owns everything there is, ever was or ever will be. (Ps 24:1, 50:10-12, 89:11).  God made Christ (The Holy Lamb) heir of all things. (Heb 1:2).  So, believers (cleansed by God’s living waters) are God’s heirs and joint-heirs with Christ. (Rom 8:17).  As God’s heirs, they inherited shares of the enormous wealth in God’s kingdom.  God is so good!

As a believer, even though Christ said that you’ll have tribulations in this world, He wants you to be of good cheer and at peace for He has overcome the world. (John 16:33).

That is, as a believer (washed by God’s living waters and covered by Christ blood) Christ gives you His blessed assurance that He holds you in His hand and no one can pluck you out. (John 10:28-29).  Thus, through His omnipotent power, there is no storm in life that you can’t pass over.  For He is indeed the Lord God omnipotent who reigns. (Rev 19:6).

Knowing that (as a believer) you’re the apple of God’s eye, I hope today’s message of inspiration has been a blessing to you.  Every now and again believers need a refreshing touch of inspiration (a little pick me up, if you will).  So, today I just wanted to  cheer you up in some way as you press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus. (Phil 3:14).

So, be blessed, be encouraged, be of good cheer and thank God for His living waters and the redeeming blood of the Holy Lamb of God.  Hallelujah, the Lord God almighty reigns.

Holy is the Lamb.  Son of the great I Am.

For our sins He was slain.  Let all the earth proclaim.
